What does the API do?
One call returns everything, every client, contract, file, note, delivery date, platform stat, as flat JSON. Plug it into any local AI model, n8n workflow, or automation. The data is yours and it's all accessible.
How does data sync work?
Loads once on login. Writes are immediate. Background refresh runs on a tiered interval based on your client count, 6 hours for under 50 clients, down to 30 minutes at 10,000+. Only fires when your tab is visible. Nothing unnecessary runs.
Can I invite team members?
Yes. Invite links let others access your workspace. They get guest access, no subscription required on their end.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored in an external database from which it does not leave. Files and contracts are stored on Cloudflare.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel anytime through your billing dashboard. No hidden fees, no lock-in.
What AI models work with the API?
Any model that can make HTTP requests, LM Studio, Ollama, GPT-4, Claude, Gemini. Also works with n8n, Make, Zapier, or any automation platform that supports HTTP Request nodes. The response is plain JSON.
