Privacy Policy

Your data is yours.

What we collect

Titanline collects only what is necessary to operate the service. This includes your email address for authentication, payment status upon subscription, and the data you input yourself, client records, notes, contracts, files, and outreach figures.

We do not collect usage analytics, session recordings, heatmaps, behavioural data, or any information beyond what you explicitly add.

Your data

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. The data you add to Titanline, clients, contracts, files, notes, platform figures, belongs to you entirely.

You can export everything you add via the API at any time.
Data is contained within its database and is not transferred to any third party.
When you connect the API to a local AI model, the transfer is initiated by you and controlled by you.

We do not sell personal data. There is no commercial mechanism for this and there will not be one.
We do not use the data stored in Titanline to make product or market decisions.
We do not require usage data to make informed changes to the product. Decision making happens without data incentives.
We do not observe data casually or without purpose.
We do not peer into personal affairs.
When we may access data

There is one circumstance under which Titanlineco may observe specific data inputs directly.

To assist a subscriber who has paid and has authorised manual access for support purposes.
Without a specific support reason.
Without the subscriber's knowledge.
Titanlineco does not believe in requiring usage data to make informed changes. The product is built on direct feedback, first principles, and the experience of using it. Your data is not an input into any process here beyond the service it was added for.
